9/12/2023 0 Comments Prizm health![]() ![]() They do not answer the phone nor doe they return messages. The insurance company has been trying to get a hold of Prism for approximately 2 weeks now. After they picked up their machine (which was never used) on 4/19 they turned around the billed ******** 2 times for approximately $289.00 each time. On the initial phone call they advised us that they do not **** insurance ********** and immediately charged my dads credit card approximately $289.99. We cancelled our order on 4/18 and told them to come get their machine. Before the representative left the house, we were on the phone with Prism and kept getting different stories. The representative told us he had not other orders for my mom, even after we said this machine is not what we ordered. The first "home" machine came on 4/18 only to find out it is a portable machine. We were told oxygen would come in 2 different deliveries. We have been working with them for about 3 weeks and have had nothing but problems. Z**O STARS!!!! This company does not deserve to be in business. Not unless theyre ok with theyre patients getting s***** care. ![]() Ive already let his doctors office know they shouldnt recommend this alternative. Only went with this company because they had machines available and the company his doctor uses was back ordered several months. Not holding my breath that Ill get a call back this time either. Called to find out what is going on and got sent to voicemail. Now a full week after that and still no mask. I was told that the correct mask would be sent. Open the package so my son can switch out supplies to find they sent us the wrong mask. Never received a call back though about why there was a delay. Funny how the supplies showed up two days later. By the last full week of June we still had not received the supplies I had ordered so I called again. I called to order supplies the last full week of May. Once we got the machine, no one told us I was going to have to call to order supplies. They harassed me for several weeks about making an appointment to get a cpap for my son while I was working with the insurance company. ![]()
